Qualification -
1. Medical Officer : BAMS/BHMS/BUMS from a recognized university.
2. Pharmacist: Degree or Diploma in Pharmacy
3. ANM : Multipurpose health course

Age Limit – 18 to 70 years as on 01.01.2014
